Scope Of Work
The new 228,000 s.f., four-story corporate headquarters for Chamberlain sits on 20 acres with campus amenities and high-end finishes . The interiors include a main reception area with a showroom, kitchen, servery, private dining and large dining area overlooking the patio and pond. Additional first floor spaces include a fitness center, design center, training rooms and conference rooms. A communicating stair runs between floors 2 and 3.
Floors 2, 3 and 4 have interior private offices and collaboration space with full-height demountable partitions. The new curved structure with a partial basement is situated in a park-like setting with walking paths and other amenities to support campus life. Pepper general site work across the 20 acres and also added a new 400-car parking deck.
