Scope Of Work
The Flamingo Gardens Learning Center project involves the demolition of the existing building and the ground up construction of a new 3,400 SF multi-purpose facility. The Learning Center currently serves more than 30,000 school children visiting on field trips; they provide much needed classroom space for their ecological programming; and they offer multi-purpose meeting spaces for groups and organizations they serve. The new center will be renamed to the Mary N. Porter Learning Center.
