Scope Of Work
This 2-Story, 29,000-square foot interior renovation project, which was built to cater to the needs of children with Autism, included 3,000 square feet of classroom space, administrative office space, a full-service gym, and future expansion for additional classrooms. The scope also entailed exterior upgrades including an interactive playground; commercial pool and bathhouse; interactive fountain; extensive hardscape and landscaping; and site security features with access control.
