?Kyle Tuttle is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years’ experience in the construction industry.  Mr. Tuttle earned his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Cobleskill and his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.  Mr. Tuttle has been responsible for the leadership and management of more than $3.5 billion worth of work and has gained CM expertise in a variety of markets, including: healthcare, K-12 education, higher education, correctional facilities, court and office complexes, transportation, hospitality, gaming and entertainment. He is responsible for all project development and construction operations:  Project Planning, Pre-Construction Services, Safety, Risk Management, Vendor/Contractor Oversight, Project Leadership, Construction Management, Site Supervision and Client Satisfaction, in his role as President.  Mr. Tuttle currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Schuyler Hospital, and Vice-Chari of the Board of Directors of the Cayuga Health System. Mr. Tuttle is the past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Tompkins Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the Schuyler County Industrial Development Agency, and Honorary Chair of the Schuyler County United Way.
 

Mark Lane graduated from Broome Community College and attended Binghamton University before joining the family business.  As Chief Executive Officer of the firm, Mr. Lane is responsible for the overall direction of the company and oversees the management of all aspects of the business.  Mr. Lane serves as a Member of Broome County Community Charities Board of Directors and the Lourdes Hospital Foundation, a Member of SUNY Delhi’s Construction Advisory Committee, and Vice-Chair of the 2017 -2018 campaign for the United Way of Broome County.

William H. Lane attended the United States Military Academy from 1948 – 1951, then attended Clarkson University from 1951 – 1953 where he received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering.  He then spent thirty months as a Second Lieutenant, later promoted to a First Lieutenant in the Army Corps of Engineers, twenty months of which were spent in the Southern Area Command as a resident Engineer of Construction rebuilding post-war Germany.  Upon his return to the United States, Bill worked as Vice President of Operations for local contractor Vincent J. Smith Incorporated prior to forming William H. Lane Incorporated.  In addition to serving as CEO of the corporation, Mr. Lane is an Executive Committee Member of Broome County Community Charities and Chairman of the Lourdes Hospital Foundation.  He has been involved with both organizations for more than twenty-five years.

Albert Palermo received his Bachelor of Science with a specialization in accounting and finance from St. John Fisher College, earned an Executive MBA from SUNY Binghamton and holds a license as a New York State Certified Public Accountant.  Prior to joining William H. Lane Incorporated and in a career of finance and accounting spanning more than twenty-five years, Mr. Palermo has held the positions of Director of Finance and Director of Accounting for BAE Systems, Inc., Business Controller, Optical Fiber and Cable Division at Corning Inc. and has held the position of Chief Financial Officer with other firms prior to joining William H. Lane Incorporated.   Mr. Palermo is active in the community and serves as a Board Member of the American Heart Association Southern Tier Region.
