Les Juneau's Bio
Originally from Louisiana, Les is a graduate of Louisiana State University’s Construction Management program. After graduating, he began his career at Robert E. McKee in Dallas, Texas as a Project Engineer. Les moved on to be Chief Estimator for Metric Constructors out of their Tampa office, where he met Nancy. Prior to starting Juneau Construction Company with Nancy, Les moved to Atlanta where he worked for Holder Construction, first in their Preconstruction department, then leading their small projects division. 24 years later, the two have one of the most respected construction companies in the Southeast.
Les’ industry involvement includes, current Gwinnett Technical College Construction Management Advisory Board Member, past Associated Builders & Contractors Georgia Chair of the Board, former Facilities Advisory Board for the Georgia Board of Regents, former member of Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and former Board Member – Horizons Atlanta. Les also enjoys speaking amongst the AEC industry at events, such as Interface’s Multifamily and Mixed-Use conferences, and most recently, the 2020 Bisnow Multifamily Digital Summit. Les and Nancy enjoy giving back to the universities and colleges Juneau recruits from and build for, in addition to forming Juneau’s Community Outreach program over 20 years ago.
Nancy Juneau's Bio
Nancy is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Education. After graduating, she entered the A/E/C industry working in the marketing department for a structural engineer out of St. Louis, MO. From there she moved on to work for a large Construction Management firm where she gained experience in preconstruction. In the mid-80’s, Nancy moved to Tampa, FL to pursue a career in Business Development for a large General Contractor, becoming the company’s first female Manager. It was here that she met her husband Les Juneau, with whom she started Juneau Construction Company with, in 1997 in Atlanta. Since then, Juneau has earned a seat on Atlanta’s and South Florida’s top construction companies lists along with being ranked the #2 woman-owned firm in Atlanta.
Nancy enjoys giving back by serving on numerous boards, one of which is a four-year term as a University of Georgia Foundation, Board of Trustee. She is also a member of the Board of Councilors for The Carter Center and Georgia Independent College Association Board of Directors, Executive Committee. In 2018, she was named one of Atlanta’s Most Admired CEO’s by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and was recognized by March of Dimes with a Women of Distinction Award for her extensive contributions to the local community.

One of the most respected “builders” in the country, Royce brings to the Juneau team extraordinary experience across multiple market segments. Royce began his construction career 30 years ago. Moving his way up, Royce joined Juneau over 18 years ago as a Superintendent and today, is responsible for the oversight of Juneau’s operations as Chief Operating Officer. Royce has a true passion for construction as well as building enduring relationships with everyone he encounters in the construction process, from inception through the completion of every project. Royce is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Cara Frost's Bio
Cara joined Juneau almost 8 years ago, after graduating from Georgia Institute of Technology’s Civil Engineering program. Actively involved in CMAA, NAWIC, and ABC, Cara stays up to date on current trends and technologies within the construction industry and uses this to help guide the preconstruction services Juneau offers. Cara leads our Atlanta Preconstruction Department and has worked on projects throughout the Southeast on pursuits of all types, from lump-sum hard bids to fully negotiated budgets. She has a passion for this industry and for estimating, it is evidently clear in the work that she does. Clients love Cara as she incredibly detail-oriented with budgets and will find creative solutions for their needs.
CJ Britt's Bio
A graduate of the University of Florida, CJ joined Juneau Construction Company in 2012. CJ is a versatile individual, having led projects both on the preconstruction and construction side, setting him up for great success on any project he is involved with. This experience gives CJ a valuable combination of technical and managerial knowledge that serves him well in his current role as Director of Preconstruction.

Greg Cornwell's Bio
Greg has spent 16 years effectively managing complex, high-profile higher education and multi-unit projects throughout the Southeast. He graduated from University of Florida’s Building Construction program and has been with Juneau for the last 8 years. Greg is a LEED Accredited Professional and active member of ABC and AGC. In his current role as Project Director, Greg spearheaded the research, implementation, training, and company-wide execution of Procore Project Management software across all Juneau projects.
Miguel Rotalde's Bio
Miguel joined Juneau 4 years ago after being in the industry for over 20 years. He is a graduate of Florida International University’s Industrial and Systems Engineering program. Miguel is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, certified General Contractor in Florida, certified Supply Chain Management professional, LEED Accredited Professional, and passionate about procurement management. He has worked on several large-scale construction projects in and around Miami. Furthermore, Miguel possesses the knowledge and technical expertise in different structure types and is very familiar with Miami’s top subcontractors, bringing valuable input into both the preconstruction and construction phases of every project he is assigned. Miguel is an active member within ABC Florida East Coast and CASF.
Russ Beck's Bio
Russ joined Juneau Construction Company 5 years ago as a Construction Manager and now oversees our South Florida Operation. He is a graduate of Auburn University’s Civil Engineering program. Furthermore, he is a member of ABC of Florida East Coast, CASF, and CEA. Russ is an effective leader and motivator who manages, trains, and oversees the corporate operations strategy for Juneau’s Miami office. Russ ensures Juneau’s team of project managers, engineers, and superintendents have the tools necessary to successfully execute each project on time and within budget. He has spent the last 17 years effectively managing complex, high-profile projects throughout South Florida.
Walker Mills's Bio
After graduating from University of Florida almost 10 years ago with a degree in Building Construction, Walker began his construction career at Juneau as a Preconstruction Engineer. In the past 9 years Walker has moved into the VP Operations role and consistently manages some of Juneau’s most complex, high-profile projects throughout the Southeast. He is a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, disciplined in planning, cost and schedule management. In Walker’s spare time, he is a member of AGC of Georgia’s Young Leadership program, an alumnus of ABC’s Future Leaders, received his LEED AP BD+C certification, and mentors numerous Project Engineers and Project Managers at Juneau.

Alexandra Juneau's Bio
A University of Georgia graduate, Alexandra joined Juneau in 2017 with a degree in Marketing. She has worked in both the Marketing and Business Development departments within Juneau and currently leads our higher education project pursuits. Alexandra spearheads Juneau’s Outreach Committee, where she continues to find volunteering opportunities with the Sandy Springs Mission and HomeAid. In addition, Alexandra is a member of the CMAA board and ULI.
Andi K. Wieczynski's Bio
A University of Georgia graduate, Andi has been in the AEC industry for nearly two decades. She began her career in Marketing, gaining experience across both the architectural and construction verticals before finding her passion for Business Development. Andi joins Juneau from DPR Construction where she focused her efforts on strengthening relationships with Higher Education and Healthcare clients throughout the Southeast. Continually staying up to date with current trends in the industry, Andi has been an active member of and made significant contributions to industry organizations such as, Society for Marketing Professional Services, Georgia Association of State Facilities Administrators, Georgia Association of Healthcare Facility Managers, and Women in Healthcare Georgia Chapter. She is passionate about civic and philanthropic organizations, serving on multiple boards throughout her career. Andi is especially passionate about the Boys and Girls Club of Dekalb County, serving as their Board Development Executive Director for over 5 years.
Kelsey Restrepo's Bio
Kelsey graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Organizational & Interpersonal Communications and a minor in Marketing. Prior to joining Juneau over 10 years ago, she worked in Morrison Hershfield’s Marketing department. Kelsey leads Juneau’s Corporate Marketing and Communication initiatives across all offices. She serves on Juneau’s Events and Outreach Committees. She is also involved in ABC of Georgia’s Communications and Technology Shared Interest Group and is an American Marketing Association member.

Jake joined Juneau 9 years ago after graduating from the University of Florida with a master’s degree in construction management, a minor in historic preservation and a focus in BIM. Jackie began her career 7 years ago in Human Resources after graduating from Brenau University’s Master of Business Administration program with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. She joined Juneau 5 years ago and has helped to grow Juneau’s Human Resources department by spearheading our recruitment efforts as the construction industry continues to grow in the Southeast. Jackie is an active member in Juneau’s Outreach, IT, and Events Committee. She is a member of SHRM and a senior certified human resource professional, SHRM-SCP. In her spare time, she is actively involved in charity work. She and her husband started a charity event called Sporting Clays for Dyslexia to raise money for Dyslexia Resources at The Schenck School in Sandy Springs.

Justin is a graduate of University of Georgia and joined Juneau 6 years ago. He was the first employee of Juneau’s Risk Management department, as a Risk Analyst, and has spearheaded and implemented new Risk and Subcontractor standards for Juneau. He started Juneau’s corporate insurance program, bonding program, SDI, CCIP, and Captive. Justin helps to ensure all our subcontractors are held to the highest standards by redefining the trade partners program. Furthermore, he is an active member within our Outreach community and enjoys giving back to those in need.
Matt Algeo's Bio
Matt started his career at Juneau as a Project Engineer right after graduating from University of Florida’s Construction Management program over 12 years ago. He is schedule and quality driven and always maintains his deadlines. Matt is a member of ABC Gulf Coast and a LEED Accredited Professional. Furthermore, Matt possesses construction knowledge that comes from both formal education and field experience. He strives to maintain a balance between clients and internal employees by using his outstanding people skills and technical experience. Matt is always the first to volunteer for the toughest assignments, where he oversees all our field operations at Juneau.
Trevor Gillum's Bio
Prior to law school, Trevor received his bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and worked for a New York law firm that focused on commercial real estate financing and acquisitions. As a Pinellas County native, he returned to Florida and received his J.D. with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Trevor had the opportunity to intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, serve as a judicial extern to the Honorable R. Fred Lewis at the Florida Supreme Court, and worked in the Consumer Protection Division at the Florida Office of the Attorney General. After graduating from the University of Miami, Trevor clerked for the Honorable Norma S. Lindsey at the Third District Court of Appeal before jumping into private practice working on a range of commercial litigation and corporate defense matters.
