Scope Of Work
The initial contract for this project consisted of The Anderson Company completing the site package and road improvements for section 3A of The Goose Creek Residential Community.
The level of competence, leadership and professionalism shown by The Anderson Company on this first section lead to the owner to award them sections 1,2,4,5,6 and a Community Center site as well bring the total project to 162 acres.
