Someone needs to do a better job on the 172 point inspection. Point 69/Wipers: I drove home Saturday night in a snow storm and listened to the wipers chatter across the windshield. Replaced them and now they wipe correctly and quietly. Point 146 Cargo Area/Trunk: found plastic covers that cover area between cargo area and rear seats broken and just sitting there not secured to anything. I have contacted Service and they have ordered new parts. Time out of my day I do not have to address something that should have been corrected prior to purchase???? Wonder what else will fall apart????? Salesman/finance was prompt and responsive. Only good thing so far.

Ryan Brown was awesome. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing and worked quickly to get me into my new truck. I was happy that Ryan was willing to take the time to answer all my questions about the features of my truck. Darryl Nester was great and had all my paperwork ready for me to sign. He explained all of the different warranties to me. With the help of Ryan and Darryl I was able drive home with my brand new truck.

Our Malibu purchased 8 months ago as a certified GM pre-owned had a hesitation problem on acceleration. After bringing it back to Bergeys for the third time a tech was able to identify the problem and replace the part. Bergeys techs can always solve any problem we have had on our Chevys.
