Scope Of Work
This 10,000 SF terminal expansion and renovation project was one of the most highly profiled and complex jobs we’ve completed. Because of tight schedule demands so that airport operations could reopen and continue as normal, we completed all of the work in just under 60 days. We were hired to first demo the existing walls, flooring, ceilings, electrical, and HVAC. Then, we provided all of the site work and poured concrete footings. To complete the project we built two additional bathrooms, a modular unit, a new RTU and HVAC System with duct and control systems, and added new sidewalks.
For this Expansion and Renovation project, Rising Sun’s responsibilities included:
