Scope Of Work
Provided by SpawGlass and Selser Schaefer Architects through a design/build process, the prototype H-E-B Austin Mueller grocery store is located on the redeveloped site of the former Robert Mueller Municipal Airport. The 82,242-square-foot store features fresh produce; meat market; fish market; delicatessen; gourmet cheese shop; olive bar; sushi bar; bakery and tortilleria; healthy living department with bulk foods; fully stocked wine and beer department with local brews; pharmacy; floral department; Cooking Connection station with in-store food preparation demonstrations; Café Mueller restaurant; and a community room.
