Scope Of Work
Central Avenue Replacement Elementary consists of: Abatement and demolition of the existing multi-building school campus and existing site work and the complete construction of a new two-story school and related new site work. Wood-framed construction with complete electrical and mechanical systems. The building is fully sprinklered. Miscellaneous site and utility improvements, landscaping and irrigation are included in this project, as well as offsite frontage improvements along 104th Street East.
