Al Neeley's Bio
After more than 55 years in the business, Skeet works with Neeley Construction on a part time basis as a business consultant. He continues to contribute through providing support to the field crews and helping on project estimates. Skeet worked at Neeley Construction for more than twenty-five years before he became co-owner in 1985, with his brother John Neeley. If there’s a job at Neeley to be done, he’s probably done it at one time or another: cabinetry, carpentry, estimator, project manager, and owner. He was always conscientious of making sure he had jobs to ensure the well-being of his employees while simultaneously providing quality buildings for Neeley clients. With his retirement and moving into a part-time internal consulting role, he has more time for working on classic cars and fishing the Cowlitz River, but when the family business calls, it’s not unusual to see him in the office or joining Mitch on the job site.
Mitch Neeley's Bio
Mitch began his construction career at 16 years old working as a laborer on project sites for Neeley Construction. After high school he went on to earn his Construction Management degree from WSU and then worked for Lydig Construction in Spokane for 10 years. While at Lydig Construction he further developed his management knowledge and leadership skills first in the role of project manager and eventually in management of the Special Projects Group, generating annual revenue of over $20MM. In 2009 he returned to Puyallup to help manage Neeley Construction and continue the family legacy. Equipped with the foundational appreciation of honesty and hard work instilled within him at an early age, and the skills developed while with Lydig, he has focused on steady growth and consistency in delivery of projects to our clients while simultaneously modernizing the business.
Shannon Neeley's Bio
Shannon graduated from WSU with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting emphasis. At Neeley Construction she focuses on finance & accounting, information systems, as well as corporate planning and development. Before coming to Neeley Construction she obtained her experience in the road materials and paving industry where she held various leadership roles. Most recently, Shannon was provided an opportunity to stand on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and witness the ringing of the bell the morning her previous employer, Summit Materials, went public. The experience and growth obtained while with Summit significantly helped her prepare for her role at Neeley Construction.
Estimating, Purchasing & Preconstruction
Brian Hogman's Bio
Brian has nearly forty years of experience in construction. He focuses on estimating projects and managing construction as a general superintendent. Neeley relies on Brian for assisting site superintendents in building quality projects all the way through completion, mentoring others, and problem solving. When he’s not on site, he is often boating on Puget Sound or spending time with his four grandkids.

Daniel Smith's Bio
Daniel is a Central Washington University graduate with a degree in Commercial Construction Management and a minor in Business. He uses his 6+ years of experience to stay focused on logistics to ensure each project progresses efficiently. Daniel is an enthusiastic problem solver that diligently works towards a positive solution. In his time away from the jobsite, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and their two huskies, hiking, camping, boating, and fishing with family and friends.
Jeremy Moeller's Bio
Jeremy has been in construction for 25 years with four of them as a commercial superintendent. He works to find solutions to problems quickly and efficiently while keeping the project on schedule without sacrificing quality. Jeremy approaches all aspects of a project as part of a team that shares a common belief that “we are all here working together for the same goal, to get the job done”. When not on the job, Jeremy pursues his passion for art and music, having been a musician for 20 years he enjoys writing, playing and performing on stage with many bands as a drummer or guitarist. He can also be found spending time with family, building classic cars, cooking or watching sports.
Korey Smith's Bio
Korey has 24+ years of construction experience with over 11 of those years in construction management as either a project manager or superintendent. Korey enjoys the challenge of bringing all the pieces together to create a successful project. He strives to deliver projects that gives everyone a feeling of genuine satisfaction when the job is complete. Korey resides in Sequim and is a key player in Neeley’s recently formed Peninsula Team; helping to lead and procure projects on the Olympic Peninsula. When Korey is not busy managing a successful project for Neeley, his two kids keep him plenty busy, and when he can find the time, he truly enjoys the outdoors, fishing, and hunting.
Mark Tellez's Bio
Mark has a BA from the University of Memphis and is OSHA 30 and CESCL Certified. His previous construction industry experience was focused on construction management and logistics. Mark strives to instill quality and professionalism in all of his projects and is always looking for new ways to improve project team processes. When not on the jobsite, he can be found with his daughter on outdoor adventures backpacking, hunting or skiing.
Business Development, Marketing & Sales
Pat Oda's Bio
After many years of successfully fulfilling his role as Project Manager for Neeley, Pat “semi-retired” at the end of 2019 and has transitioned into the role of Business Development Manager. In this new position, he will provide valuable assistance in procuring new projects, both public and private, and play a larger role with connecting Neeley Construction to the local community. Pat’s involvement over the years with the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and with the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Western Washington provided the opportunity for him to equally gain and share knowledge in this capacity by holding Instructor positions for 25 years in Construction Technical Skills and for almost 20 years in the School of Construction Management respectively. Pat has a strong sense of community and has also chaired several committees for the ABC of Western Washington over the years. When he’s not in the office, Pat can be found restoring vintage cars, gardening, and working on home improvement projects in his shop.

Teri Myers's Bio
Teri has a BA from the University of Puget Sound and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She has held various accounting positions for 40+ years and comes to Neeley with a cornucopia of experience in an interesting array of industries, including construction. She has a well-rounded accounting focus on everything from accounts payable through financial statements and has no problem getting her “hands dirty” to find the solution. Teri enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, camping, playing cards, Aggravation or attending an occasional NASCAR race, football, or baseball game.

Angela Bankhead's Bio
Angela earned her BA in Business Administration and her MBA from Azusa Pacific University in California. Angela came to Neeley first in the role as project manager assistant and contracts administration including compliance tracking and naturally developed her role further into overseeing safety compliance and administration for a variety of projects. Angela likes to sweeten up the staff with her natural ability and passion for baking and cooking. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and son as well as running and DIY projects.
Barb Commare's Bio
Barb comes to the Neeley team with more than 25 years of office administration and hospitality experience in a variety of industries including; music, wine, restaurant, lodging, tourism, accounting, and manufacturing. In addition to her work in the Puyallup office, Barb is also a member of the recently formed Peninsula Team located in Sequim. In her spare time, she enjoys running, skating, reading, and hanging out with her dog, Rowdy.
Caleb Bernt's Bio
Caleb completed his carpenter training in 1996 at the Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters Apprentice School and has been with Neeley since 2008. With 22 years of union carpenter experience under his tool belt, Caleb focuses on looking ahead and always being ready for the next step in order to keep the project running smoothly. In his spare time, he can be found fishing on a small creek with friends, volunteering at his church or enjoying time with his wife and three children.
Dan Wolfe's Bio
Dan comes to Neeley as a Superintendent with over 30 years of construction experience. He started working in his parent’s construction company as a freshman in high school. From there he went on to get his own contractor’s license in 1990 and started doing sub-contract superintendent work in 2009. Dan prides himself in his ability to work well with subcontractors and owners to the benefit of the project. Dan resides in Port Angeles and is a key player in Neeley’s recently formed Peninsula Team; helping to lead and procure projects on the Olympic Peninsula. When not at work, Dan enjoys cooking outdoors, traveling and camping with his wife and three kids.
Dan Vandevender's Bio
Dan graduated from the University of Phoenix with a BS in Psychology and comes to Neeley with 11 years of carpentry experience. His focus as a Project Superintendent is on schedule preparation, pre-planning, communication and the overall success of the project. Dan is a quick learner, takes the lead when needed and works well with others. When not on the jobsite, he can be found spending time with his wife and two daughters and enjoys DIY projects for family and friends.
Doris Neeley's Bio
Doris comes to Neeley with many years of experience running her own hair design business and is excited to be taking on this new adventure with Neeley Construction. Her strong organizational and planning skills make her a welcome addition to the team. She manages the front office with various accounting and administrative duties, as well as human resources. Doris is married to John Neeley. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, entertaining, cooking and traveling.
John Neeley's Bio
John has more than 25 years of construction experience. He worked his way through the ranks immediately out of high school, beginning as a Carpenter Apprentice. With persistence and commitment to the family business, he progressed forward to Journeyman, Foreman, and now Project Superintendent. John’s hands-on experience complemented with his critical eye on cost and schedule, his natural ability to excel at creating good working relationships ensures he will deliver a high-quality project for Neeley Construction. When he’s not on site, Johnny can be found fishing, riding his motorcycle, or spending time with his family.
Jolee Boulet's Bio
Jolee joined the Neeley team in 2016. Her previous experience includes more than 15 years of office administration in fields such as real estate and private school administration. Jolee likes to contribute to the team and see projects through from beginning to closeout. Along with contract administration Jolee assists with marketing, including website management and social media. When not at the office, Jolee enjoys spending time with family and friends, and traveling to places near the water.
Roland Ordona's Bio
Roland brings to Neeley more than 35 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He takes pride in his work and gained valuable knowledge during his five years in the laborer’s union and 20 plus years in the carpenter’s union. While a carpenter, he was a foreman and superintendent on structural concrete projects building parking structures, bridges and tilt ups. Roland resides in Port Angeles and is a valued member of our expanding Peninsula Team. When not keeping things ship shape on the job site, he lives to fish, enjoys camping with his wife and grandchildren, and can also be found playing guitar for his church.
