Our Story
Security Engineers, Inc. (SE Inc.) is an electrical C-10 contractor serving the Bay Area for over 20 years. Started in 1986 and has turned into an S Corporation in 2008 under the same ownership, we built a reputation based on quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction guaranteed.
Our specialty is electronic security systems such as Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarms, CCTV, Access Control System, and Telephone Entry. In Addition to these, our company is also a licensed alarm monitoring company (ACO — 2140) in which we are capable in providing monitoring, Testing and Certification services for Fire Alarm Systems.
Our Clients include property managers, builders, developers, general and electrical contractors and residences. We have installed turnkey electrical equipment for large apartment buildings that includes the Affordable Housing Associates properties and services public city buildings such as the Berkeley Library and Berkeley Student Cooperatives properties.
Our main area of operation is the City of Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco, Hayward, Richmond and Walnut Creek.
