Previously Rock ‘n Roll McDonald’s, this site was chosen for McDonald’s Flagship restaurant as a part of the “Experience Of The Future” (EOTF) program. A 19,000 sf restaurant constructed of Cross Laminated Timber and steel and laden with sustainable features and technology.

- Two story Golden Arches were replaced by clerestory curtain wall
- Permeable paver brick throughout lot, patios and walkways for reducing stormwater runoff
