Testimonials
We insisted upon installing Marvin windows during a recent remodel, just as we did when our home was originally built. Despite living near the beach, our windows are still beautiful and functional after 20 years. After encountering a warranty/defect issue for a ten year old window, Marvin replaced the window and covered the replacement cost. This illustrates that Marvin lives up to it's fine reputation and stands behind it's products. We appreciate the efforts of both Marvin
and local dealer, Ganahl Lumber, Lake Forest, CA to solve this problem.
Great company! Family owned and they do stand behind their product!! Many custom options...if you can imagine it, they can build it! The options are endless!! I've dealt with many different brands of windows.....Marvin is a step above the competition plain and simple. You won't find a more luxurious, quality window from their competition. The u values and storm ratings don't lie.
They also offer Integrity and Infinity windows....they're a great option for maintenance free windows at a high value price. They offer superior performance at a competitive price that equals a great value for a budget friendly remodel or your new construction project.
All of my projects get Marvin Windows or Integrity Windows. Best bang for the buck you can find anywhere!
Wondering who paid all these people to give bad ratings to this company. I have put new windows in two houses and never had a problem that they didn't stand behind. Actually, one problem in over 30 windows installed. The Marvin Windows in my current home are over 50 years olds and still seal well. Would definitely recommend Marvin Window!
Love the product and love the company! I've been to the factory where Marvin Windows are made and it's truly amazing to learn about the story behind the product.
After my husband researched and received estimates from Pella, Stanek, and Stallmark, we chose Marvin Infinity Windows. We were replacing 25 year old, stained wood, builder grade, Pella windows. He was most interested in the "not replacement" look and preserving glass space. One concern was going to be having white windows against med dark stained woodwork, but the contrast looks nice and brightens the rooms. The sales person, Bill, was very patient and made 3 trips out here before we signed a purchase agreement. He worked within our budget to accommodate the features we were looking for. We purchased a whole house of windows- around 35 and a three panel slider. Besides looking nice, the windows seem to operate easily. We will know more about the insulation factor this winter. We did have issues w/ the screen door on the slider, but the repair team handled it in a timely manor. They lived up to their promise of a free repair for life when our patio umbrella flew into the screen and put a hole in it. Bill had assured me that if the dog or grandkid put a hole in the screen, Marvin will replace it free as part of their lifetime guarantee.. Hopefully, I won't have to request that, but that guarantee helped my decision to purchase the slider over a door system. It took 6 days to complete out project. The guys were respectful and pleasant and experts in their skills. My only negative comment is that the slider frame was missing a corner piece and the sliders kept coming off the track. But, the repairs were completed. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase thus far.
