Scope Of Work
This multi-national EPC firm competitively bid this Design-Build project consisting of seven pre-engineered metal buildings. Kimball provided the design, procurement, and erection of all seven buildings as well as the interior and exterior packages.
Our scope of work for the 16,000 sq. ft administration, maintenance and warehouse building includes site prep, concrete, building, finished offices, conference rooms, lockers and showers, a control room, a mezzanine, and a 5-ton crane. The Main Switchgear, Electrical, and Cooling Tower Buildings range in size from 650 to 5,000 sq. ft and include buildings, fire protection and detection systems, insulation, louvers, and HVAC systems.
Kimball’s full-time Project Manager coordinated activities with the Power Gen contractors to adhere to the client’s challenging schedule.
