Specification: 3.0 lb Foam Sprayed at 2”. Elastomeric Coating System installed over foam @ 1.25 gallons per 100 square feet.
Assignment: SPF roof repair. Provide owner with a 15-year leak free warranty.
Solution: Cool-Roof Systems repaired SPF roof, installed 2” of sprayed polyurethane foam to approximately 16,000 square feet. The roof has a 15-year leak free warranty that covers labor and material for the full term of the warranty.
