Specification: 2.7lb Foam Sprayed at 1.0”. Elastomeric Coating System installed over foam @ 3 gallons per square.
Assignment: Waterproof a 20 year old cap sheet roof with over 25 leaking areas.
Solution: Cool-Roof Systems installed 1” of polyurethane foam over an existing cap sheet roof system. The roof currently holds a 10 year leak free warranty.
