Scope Of Work

Pre-Construction Services, Design, Estimating, Scheduling, Constructability Reviews and Value Engineering associated with the Designing and Construction of a new 26,000 square foot headquarters/warehouse facility, a new 2,400 square foot utility building and an 8,000 square foot Tank Storage Building.  Troil Enterprises is a Top Tier Marketer for ConocoPhillips, this elite recognition is awarded to marketers who exceeds ConocoPhillips's rigorous Marketer Operations Standard Practices set forth by the American Petroleum Institute created to help protect the product quality and improve safety and environmental programs. In addition to this recognition Troil Enterprises is also a Master Distributor for 76 Lubricants, Kendall Motor Oils and Sunoco. 
The new facility has been specifically designed and constructed to meet the special needs of Troil’s large volume receiving, packaging and distribution of a full line of lubricants in both bulk and package forms, as well as the distribution of a complete line of industrial solvents, and chemicals. The site work includes working with Troil Enterprises to repurpose an existing environmentally contaminated site (a former asphalt plant) and the construction of a new cast in place tilt-up concrete building. The project utilized an Integrated Project Delivery System model through an early partnership with a CON/STEEL Tilt-up System and CON/STEEL’s parent company LBJ, Inc. The project includes the complete site remediation, improvements, as well as the building construction for corporate offices, staging areas, and specialty construction and systems for the petroleum and solvent storage and distribution, including five (5) multi-compartment  28,000 gal storage tanks with catwalks, and specialty valving, gauging, PLC control panels, pumps, piping, explosion resistant systems and construction.
