Jerrie L. Bailey has helped build Scheibel Construction to what it is today over the last 30 years. She brings over 25 years of experience in Real Estate. Jerrie leads the Marketing Department.
John R. Bailey's Bio
John R. Bailey is the third-generation President & Owner of Scheibel Construction. He has 34 years of experience with the company. John oversees and manages all corporate operations, while also maintaining open communication with clients and subcontractors. He earned a B.S. in Business Management from Guilford College.

Phil utilizes the Sage Estimating software to develop project estimates. He manages site superintendents and addresses field issues. Bill Varnon's Bio
Bill Varnon has 37 years of industry experience, and he has been with Scheibel Construction for twelve years. He performs pricing and data formulation to develop project estimates. He is experienced in the use of Sage Estimating for generating project cost breakdowns. Bill monitors and develops quantity surveys, and develops proposals and AIA documents. He interfaces with contractors, owners, developers, and architects, and he coordinates subcontractor requirements. Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from James Madison University.

Michael J. Dupuis's Bio
With 38 years of industry experience, Michael Dupuis has been with Scheibel Construction for over 30 years. He is trained in the use of the best-in-class Sage Estimating software, and he performs pricing and data formulation for estimate submissions. As a prior Superintendent, Mike’s experience provides valuable information in reviewing and developing extensive site work proposals. He monitors and develops quantity surveys, and develops written proposals and AIA documents. He interfaces with contractors, consultants, owners, developers, and architects. He also coordinates subcontractor requirements. Michael has received training through the Technical Careers Institute in New Haven, CT, and Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, MD.

Augustin Muell has nine years in the construction industry and has been with Scheibel Construction for six years. Gia Roche's Bio
Gia has more than fifteen years in the construction industry. She has been with Scheibel for more than six years and serves as our Sustainability/LEED coordinator and Project Manager. Gia is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Associate. Gia works with all design consultants, owner/management, commissioning agents, and subcontractors to help ensure all LEED or sustainably designed projects meet their goals towards certification. She coordinates all LEED documentation and submittals for sustainable sites, waste management, materials and resources, low emitting materials, and indoor air quality management. Gia provides documentation quality control, coordinates all tracking/report logs, and manages subcontractors to help them with education towards LEED best construction practices. She also works to promote green building standards and provide technical resources relating to LEED and other sustainable practices.

Joe Schwartz has seven years in the construction industry and has been with Scheibel Construction for two years. Joe earned a B.S. from James Madison University. He was recently promoted from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager. Matt Tessier has been with Scheibel Construction for 20 years. Kristen is a fourth-generation member of the family company, where she oversees business development. Kristen earned a B.S. in Community and Economic Development from Clemson University.
Kristen is a Developing Leader for the National Association Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP Northern Virginia) as well as a member in the DC Real Estate Group. She is a former member of the CREW DC (Commercial Real Estate Women) Executive Committee and serves on the the Community Action Committee.

Heather earned a B.S. in Accounting and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining Scheibel Construction, she worked at Arthur Anderson and EYA.
