Scope Of Work
Cambridge Manor is a collection of 58 modern-style condos nestled in the Bellevue/Factoria locale of western Washington. The project consists of 9 4-story luxury townhomes, which will each house the 58 condos and boast magnificent landscaping. Units will be available in various sizes, ranging from 3-5 bedrooms and between 2,056 and 3,345 square feet. With a focus on multi-generational family living, this project will include several family-friendly amenities including a resident-only dog park, two outdoor common areas, two children’s play areas, and 27 units with included in-unit elevator service. AMS will furnish and install the HVAC systems for the 58 individual units including mini-splits, thermostats, interior and exterior ventilation, ducting, and fans.
