Scope Of Work
Polaris at Totem Lake is an affordable housing project proposing 442 units split into variable affordability ranges. The units will be split between two towers (“A” and “B”) which will offer an array of amenities. AMS is furnishing and installing the HVAC scope for the units, common areas, and garage.
