Scope Of Work
EEI assisted in the completion of the Delaware Valley Asphalt facility located on South 61st Street in Philadelphia, PA. The strategically located site, which was formally a stockpiling area, will include a double drum asphalt plant. EEI completed the geotechnical investigation to evaluate the subsurface soil conditions within the proposed development areas. EEI developed geotechnical recommendations for the design and construction of a steel pile foundation system. We also performed consulting and construction inspection services for the development of the site.
