Scope Of Work
The Naval Square development consists of urban residential townhouses and multi-story city view condominiums. EEI performed geotechnical investigations and full time construction inspection & testing for all phases of the development. We also conducted stormwater infiltration testing which included a site specific remediation testing program to amend the highly permeable soils on site to allow for acceptable infiltration. This testing was performed in cooperation with the City of Philadelphia Water Department. Additional services included shoring (H-pile & lagging), shotcrete soil nail and retaining wall designs, and PADEP clean fill testing for transporting excess soils offsite.
