Scope Of Work
Just down the street from the EEI headquarters in East Norriton, PA The Residences at Bentwood is a new 261 unit luxury apartment complex. The five story building will include a fitness center, resort style pool and spa, and a club room. The Residences at Bentwood is a much needed addition to the mixed-use Bentwood Executive Campus. Phase one will be ready for occupants in early 2019 and the remaining will be completed that summer.
EEI performed the geotechnical investigation and construction inspection services for the proposed five story apartment complex. EEI also completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on the site as well as clean fill testing. EEI had previously conducted geotechnical investigations and construction inspection and testing for existing buildings at the Bentwood Executive Campus.
