Scope Of Work
MASONRY WORK DESCRIPTION
The contractor will provide labor and material for the work listed below.
- Pouring 24”x12” concrete footing with 3#5 continuous rebar on the addition of the house and garage.
- Installation of 8” CMU with #5 rebar @24” O.C. with dur-o-wall every other course and solid grouted on top of concrete footings.
- Pouring 4” concrete slab on addition and garage on 4” gravel.
- Build new front stairs (footing, landing, brick finish and limestone cap. Metal railing excluded).
CONCRETE WORK DESCRIPTION
The contractor will provide labor and material for the work listed below.
- Pouring 20’x30’ concrete slab to level the basement of existing house and addition.
- Pouring 3’’ to 10’’ to level concrete slab.
- To install 4’’x4’’ wire mesh.
