SCHMID HOMES is a residential building company with a North Carolina general contractors licence that has an unlimited building classification (#28754). We have been building custom homes of all sizes and styles in Coastal Carolina since 1985. 

Its founder, Jim Schmid, a civil engineer with a structural background, has built high quality custom homes in the many fine neighborhoods that dot this beautiful coastal area.
