A three story medical office building to service the Wakefield community in North Raleigh.
Project Scope Highlights:
• The facility houses a linear accelerator in its first floor Oncology facility
• This brick and E.I.F.S. structure is the cornerstone for a 60 acre master planned medical community
• The building will eventually be connected to a hospital addition
