Scope Of Work
Quad III is a 4-story, 102,000 SF facility that contains two 4,500 SF Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and an 8,000 SF SCIF. Quad III is the headquarters for the Air Force Command and Control Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Center. The facility contains multiple Air Force Squadron training rooms and is used for research and testing tools and technologies for the Air Force. This was the first facility located off of a military base to comply with the Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) standards for government and military buildings.
