Scope Of Work
Listed in the Virginia Landmarks Register and the National Register of Historic Places, Union Presbyterian Seminary boasts numerous stately structures that date back to 1896. Richmond Hall, constructed in 1908, received a complete renovation including all new MEP and life safety systems, a commercial kitchen on the building 1st floor, two community, residential-style kitchens in the living quarters, a 75-year slate roof replacement, historic Marvin windows throughout, and an ornamental stair with glass railing, all of which were completed within an 11-month time-frame. The 4-story, 61,600 SF residence hall houses 176 students.
