Scope Of Work
William R. Nash Bahamas, LTD. began work for PCL Constructors, Ltd. in July 2005 on the Site Utilities and Plumbing Systems for the sixty-eight acres of property that was soon to become the new hotel and convention center. The 21 story, 600 suites luxury hotel also hosts a Dolphin Experience Lagoon and water park, including a river ride with a 65 foot high temple slide and wave generator, attached to the “back of house” is the 495 room, 21 story Residence at Atlantis Condominium/Hotel. This project was completed in November 2007 for Kerzner International for $33,767,000.
