Scope Of Work
Knoch Corportation built the original 71,000-square-foot Graco Ohio corporate office and manufacturing facility as well as the 58,000-square-foot addition a few years later. The original building encompassed a manufacturing plant, corporate offices and product-testing facilities. The manufacturing portion of the building was split-face block and the office was a combination curved glass and aluminum panels. The addition included more office and warehouse space, and truck docks were included to increase shipping capacity. Skylights were also added to the warehouse area to decrease energy cost.
