Scope Of Work
Knoch Corporation was brought in to design and build the renovation of and addition to the active Lavery Automotive dealership, adding a new service drive-thru and showroom. The renovation involved the sales and finance offices and MEP updates. This project has a very small site, so as the designer/builder, Knoch worked closely with the owner to ensure operation of the dealership was not interrupted. Knoch was responsible for all planning, coordination and budget estimating.
