Scope Of Work
Knoch Corporation acted as the construction manager at risk for St. Luke’s new 30-bed assisted living facility. The project included a streetscape area with complex finish carpentry work and the new facility featured common dining facilities, a full commercial kitchen, chapel, general store and beauty salon. Knoch was responsible for preconstruction, construction and value-engineering services.
