Scope Of Work
Knoch Corporation was employed to perform interior demolition and renovation of the University of Akron’s Robertson Dining Hall, the 17,000-square foot space which serves as the main dining hall for students residing on campus. The project required a challenging schedule with the majority of construction taking place during summer months to accommodate students for their fall return. The scope of the project included creating a tiered seating area, a food court style serving layout, entirely new finishes and updated kitchen equipment.
