Christopher Rapczynski has been a trusted member of the construction community for over 25 years.  His vision in practice includes design-building, general contracting, and real estate development.  He has dedicated his career to quality construction and integrity in business. He is responsible for charting the growth and advancement of the company.  He serves as the lead in business development and new client relations. Under his leadership, Sleeping Dog Properties, Inc. has overseen more than 200 million dollars in construction and growing. Chris believes in fostering a positive and honest work environment that offers equal opportunities for all of his project partners.

Derrick Tyler has been an integral member of Sleeping Dog Properties, Inc. for over 15 years. Beginning his career with the company as an intern, while attending Wentworth Institute of Technology, Derrick has risen through the ranks – from Intern to Designer to APM to Design Director – and now resides as the Chief Operating Office for the company. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the corporate offices, contract negotiations, and financial controls. As a “client-first” approach, construction management and client relations are a top priority in the practice. He has dedicated his career to a positive and productive working environment based on a foundation of mentorship and hands-on teaching. His focus guides the team in new efficiencies and keeps a firm grip on business protocols. Derrick’s success at Sleeping Dog Properties, Inc. can be equated to his belief that design and construction need to weave together collaboratively to allow for creativity that is grounded by the realities of the project – time and budget most often being the key influences.

Matt Rapczynski has been the Vice President of Sleeping Dog Properties, Inc. for over 15 years. His vision in practice includes large project real estate development, construction management and business development. He has dedicated his focus to innovation in construction and technical integration. He is responsible for the day to day field operation of the company, production control, and new business development. He guides the company in its profitable partnerships and is persistent in his search for new efficiencies.
