Scope Of Work
Seal and waterproof courtyard to stop water intrusion into basement. All work was performed at night so there was little to no impact to the businesses located in the courtyard. After shot blasting and cleaning Foxfire P-1007 was applied to densify and seal the concrete. We then applied Westcoat MAcoat to add an additional layer of waterproofing and finished with two layers of acrylic colored top coat that maintained the original brick pattern of the courtyard.
