Scope Of Work
This project consisted of construction of a CubeSmart Self Storage facility in Litchfield Park, Arizona. The 96,000 SF facility consists of 668 interior climate-controlled units, and 74 exterior units. Five of the exterior units have 12’x10’ openings for RV’s and large trailers. Interior spaces include a lobby with sales counter, breakroom and a conference room with video conferencing capabilities for tenant use. Construction is comprised of masonry exterior with metal building frame and standing seam roof.
