Scope Of Work
Originally built by W.E. O’Neil in 1994, this hotel is located near Old Town in Scottsdale, Arizona. This project consisted of the demolition and renovation of the existing hotel. The primary building was structurally modified to receive a 3rd level while both the north and south wings received a 2-story addition, totaling 93,500 SF and 150-keys.
A secondary 16,000 SF building constructed in 1997 was also removed along with the existing pool and courtyard. A new resort-style pool, whirlpool and upgraded courtyard amenities were added, as well as a new porte-cochere on the front elevation of the building.
