Scope Of Work
This privately negotiated project is the second completed for Navy Federal Credit Union. The needs of the client mandated a 10-week fast track schedule, which was completed on time and within budget. The 4,752 SF build-out of this bank included interior demolition of existing finishes, new interior architectural woodwork, doors, glass and glazing, drywall and framing, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, tile carpeting, wall coverings, painting, toilet accessories, window shades, plumbing, HVAC and electrical room with panels.
