Scope Of Work
MILKBOY is a three-meal café, bar, and live music venue at 1100 Chestnut Street in Center City Philadelphia. Columbus executed a complete exterior renovation, along with an interior fit-out to make this two-story café and music venue one of the best hot spots in Center City Philadelphia. With glass garage doors opening to 11th Street, the building engages the street and shows off the fine detailing and lively crowds within. The Center City location is an expansion of the original suburban Ardmore location. Columbus worked to help an ownership group to building in the city limits complete a great project.
