Scope Of Work
This project is a significantly sized indoor horse riding arena, horse stable and dog kennel built for a private owner in Doney Park, AZ. The project delivery method was Construction Manager at Risk and the owners’s request was that the project be both aesthetic and functional.
The indoor riding arena totals 28,000 SF in size and is connected to a 6,700 SF horse stable which is capable of housing up to 15 horses. On property is also a state-of-art dog kennel that can accommodate 100 animals. Two private lodging residences were also constructed as part of this grand project.
