Scope Of Work
The former Rau Fastener Complex was being converted into mixed-income rental housing, commercial space, and new market-rate housing.
The 19th Century Masonry mill complex has been converted into 69 rental apartments, which include 22 affordable units.
The early 20th Century wood building will be converted into commercial offices and residential units, while construction in an adjacent empty lot will include market rate housing.
