Scope Of Work

The Regus Business Center, located in Colorado Springs, CO, required a complete renovation of all the common spaces throughout the 11th floor of the building, totaling 13,000 SF. Kroeschell needed to execute all phases of construction in such a way that the entire floor would remain operational at full capacity.

Solution

To mitigate the impact on the staff and clients, Kroeschell focused on communication and coordination with all personnel involved. The team put together detailed schedules and maps to clearly indicate where and when work was going to be completed. Kroeschell performed the work around the Regus schedule to ensure that they were able to continue offering full services during normal operations.

The common spaces that were remodeled included the kitchen, reception, waiting area, copy room, conference rooms, hallways and storage spaces. Additionally, Kroeschell built new offices. We oversaw the design and installation of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm system, sprinkler system, carpentry, painting, lighting, flooring, etc.

Results

The renovation provided occupants with better work flow, upgraded finishes, modern resources in all rooms and more efficient use of spaces throughout. The project was completed on time with no disruption to the staff or clients.
