Scope Of Work
2M Street is a new concrete high rise apartment building totaling 389,900 SF which includes a 75,000 SF 2 level underground parking garage with 314 apartments and 6,000 SF of retail on the first floor. Amenities abound with a rooftop pool, outside grill area, designated green space, rooftop seating, café/kitchen and indoor recreational area. Building amenities on the first floor offer tenants a club room, bar and lounge, billiards room, theater room, basketball court and fitness room, business center, mail room, and offices. 30% of the 314 unit market-rate apartment building has been designated as affordable housing. Achieved LEED Gold certification. Designed by Eric Colbert & Associates.
