Scope Of Work
Iron demolished an existing outdoor patio a class A that was outdated unusable. Upgrades included new low water-consumption landscaping, drip system, modern concrete walkways, water-saving artificial lawns, high-end South American “Ipe” wood fences and gates, a perforated metal fence with LED lighting, new seating, ping pong table, cornhole and outdoor bar.
