Scope Of Work
This site includes 300 residential apartments, many with garages and elevator service, and several commercial pads with over 1,300 feet of frontage on Berlin-Cross Keys Road (CR 689) near the Black Horse Pike (NJ Rt. 42).
The plans included full grading and drainage plans, utility plans, landscaping and lighting plan, soil erosion and sediment control, traffic circulation, county road plans, new traffic signal design, and construction improvement details.
Guzzo Construction developed the retail sites.
A new restaurant and commercial pad site are currently in design.
An adjacent 300+ unit apartment complex is designed, approved, and awaiting a builder. CES can provide client contact information upon request.
