Scope Of Work
?To support increasing business real estate needs in the area, Opus developed a spec industrial offering in Bolingbrook, Ill. Well-suited for businesses requiring flexible spaces with office build-out and/or light assembly capabilities, the 112,049-square-foot building can support up to three tenants.
Named 1325 Remington, the development is on nine acres in the Carlow Corporate Center, an established business park in Bolingbrook. In addition to providing flexible space options, location is a primary amenity of this property. Situated in the progressive I-55 industrial corridor, 1325 Remington is just a half mile from Weber Road, which is a primary I-55 interchange with easy freeway access.
The building features:
28-foot clear height,
southwest visibility,
