Scope Of Work
Providing visitors with an urban escape, this high-end lifestyle and retail development is strategically located in Burr Ridge, Ill., an affluent western suburb 15 miles west of downtown Chicago.
Opus’ integrated, design-build team worked to create a design and concept that blends 193 luxury residential lofts and condos with 205,000 square feet of retail space and 33,000 square feet of office condo space.
The result is a pedestrian-friendly village center just minutes away from the city.
Burr Ridge Village Center’s “Main Street” feeling, coupled with a Chicago urban edge, provides a place for residents to live, work, shop and gather.
