Scope Of Work
DMK provided civil engineering services for the Sarasota High School Renovations which began in 2012. The work includes site design for several areas throughout the campus including the existing Paul Rudolph classroom building and gym and the existing administrative building. A new gym was constructed at the end of the existing courtyard and is reconfigured as a campus focal point. At the north end of the property a new CEP plant was constructed to house the new HVAC equipment. DMK was tasked with providing the site design, grading and stormwater drainage, floodplain compensation study and design, utility design, SWFWMD permitting and City of Sarasota permitting throughout the project. Additional work included miscellaneous site improvements at the baseball fields, staff parking lot and Building #13.
