Lowell has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, serving as vice president and senior project manager for Silicon Valley firms including Trammell Crow Company and South Bay Construction. His areas of expertise include R&D, industrial, manufacturing, commercial office, and medical construction. Lowell has managed the construction of corporate campuses, manufacturing facilities, clean rooms, distribution centers, shopping centers, medical clinics, and numerous tenant improvement projects.
